Day 3: Hollywood Blvd, Anaheim, & Downtown Disney

**This is a post from my old blog on TravelPod, but I have imported the content to my new blog!**

Today was quite a busy day involving a lot of travelling. This morning we had to pack up our entire luggage and check out of the Sheraton so that later in the day we could go to Disneyland!

After finishing that small task we decided to head back to Hollywood Boulevard for a few hours. We decided to take the  Metro to this destination just to say we had the experience, but we took a cab home to make it back to the hotel in time to catch our ride to Anaheim.

While at Hollywood Boulevard, we ate lunch at the Hard Rock Café, which was a very unique experience. I liked the variety of music they played and the memorabilia throughout the restaurant.

While on Hollywood Boulevard I got to meet Johnny Depp, Leonardo Dicaprio, Brad Pitt, and many other stars…just kidding! We went to Madame Tussauds, though. So, technically I saw all of these stars and even got a picture with a Johnny Depp impersonating, which was pretty cool! I really enjoyed Madame Tussauds and getting to take pictures with all of the celebrity wax figures.

Afterwards we headed to Anaheim and once we settled in to our hotel we headed over to downtown to eat, shop (of course!), and watch the fireworks. We ate dinner at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called “Tortilla Jo’s”. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you like Mexican food. The staff were very friendly and the food was great! After dinner we watched the fireworks and then headed back to our hotel to go swimming.

Thank you everyone for following along on my Cali Adventure. Stay tuned because I see more shopping and Mickey Mouse in my future.

My Review Of The Place I’ve Seen

Downtown Disney Anaheim

“Lots of shopping and eating”

This was my first time here. Everything was so neat to look at and there was a variety of stores and places to eat. There was live music being played throughout the strip of stores and I believe there was something for everyone to enjoy!
